Unfortunately, if your dog is reactive this type of class will not be suitable for your dog. We want all pups to be safe and comfortable in class, and a dog that is a reacting is not a happy dog. We can always do one on one sessions instead!

There will only be up to 6 people allowed in class. Classes may still take place even if they are not completely full.

At Mya & Mutts Dog Training we pride ourselves in understanding everyones individual situation. If you feel like having a tool on your dog will help you feel more comfortable, you may bring it. However, any actual training we do will not be paired with the use of any aversive tools. We highly encourage you to NOT bring tools to class, but will not judge if you do.

Make up classes will typically not be offered if you do not arrive for personal reasons. Please reach out to your trainer if you know you will not be able to make a class ahead of time. We may be able to offer a virtual make up class for an additional cost. Virtual make up classes are only available for the one week that is missed.

Due to the limited space, we ask that just a handler and one other person come to class. Handler, the main person doing the training, must be 16 years old or older. We do not allow children under the age of 10 years old to attend class.

Each dog is an individual spot in the class. If you have more than one dog than you must have a handler for each dog. You will also pay full price for each dog to be in the class. We ask that you do still abide by the class room rules and not allow the dogs to interact during the class, as this can still be very distracting.
